General Services Assistant (Kitchen)
Job description
- Responsible for assisting the chef in preparing ingredients and performing simple cooking tasks;
- Responsible for preparing meals (including regular meals and special meals);
- Responsible for assisting in kitchen and canteen operations, such as washing and cutting ingredients, distributing meals, cleaning tableware, cleaning the kitchen, etc., and maintaining food and environmental hygiene;
- Responsible for assisting the chef in ordering food, properly recording and storing food and necessary supplies; and
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Working location: Hong Kong Island
