Life Education and Spiritual Care
Our life education and spiritual care services address the psychological, emotional, and spiritual needs of seniors at different life stages, helping them face transitions such as ageing, retirement, bereavement, and illness with a positive and calm outlook. Through group sharing, home visits, festive care, and themed activities, we provide space for seniors to be heard and accompanied, so they feel understood and accepted.
Activities include life story sharing, emotional management, grief support, spiritual reflection, and volunteer visits. Support is tailored to each senior’s faith background and personal preferences. We believe that caring for spiritual well-being is as important as physical health, helping seniors build inner strength to continue contributing in the community and live a meaningful later life.
Whether you wish to explore the meaning of life, work through emotional difficulties, or simply need someone to listen, our centre is here to walk with you. Please refer to the service introduction below, or contact our staff for activity schedules and registration details.
