Dementia Support Services

Our centre provides one-stop support for seniors with suspected or confirmed dementia and their caregivers, including initial assessment, cognitive training, emotional support, and referral to community resources. We aim to slow cognitive decline and improve daily living skills and overall quality of life. Our approach is person- and family-centred, with support plans tailored to each senior’s abilities and needs.

Services include memory groups, sensory stimulation activities, home safety assessments, and caregiver support groups. We also run regular caregiver training and respite activities to ease caring pressure and provide emotional support and practical skills. We work closely with medical and social service partners to ensure continuous, cross-disciplinary follow-up for each case.

If you or a family member have concerns about memory, behaviour, or mood, please contact our staff for an initial consultation. We will walk alongside seniors and families with respect, confidentiality, and care—facing challenges together while safeguarding dignity and quality of life.
